The information applies to Swedish users (both companies and private individuals).
If your object is sold to a buyer in another EU country, the invoice is always issued including VAT. The buyer can then reclaim the VAT once we have received documents proving that the object has left Sweden. When everything is confirmed, we will email you the new documentation for your bookkeeping.
